Villa Marina Feliz is located in the exclusive Puerto Calero Marina with its excellent restaurants, bars, shops and other facilities. Only 15 minutes from the airport of Arrecife and 5 minutes walk from the Puerto Calero Marina which is littered with millionaires yachts.

The Marina, it's restaurants and shops have been designed to the highest international standards. Now a recognised port for world races it is one of the finest marinas in Europe.

Stroll out of the Marina to find secluded coves, excellent for swimming and peaceful sunbathing. 2km from Puerto Del Carmen with long sandy beaches and masses of duty free shops, bars and restaurants.

So definitely something for everyone.

ACCOMMODATION:

• 4 double bedrooms, 1 with en-suite bathroom.
• 2 further bathrooms.
• Large lounge fully furnished with sky Satellite TV, Video, CD, HI-FI music centre. Separate dining room.
• Large fully fitted kitchen including micro-wave, oven-hob, electric kettle, juice maker, toaster, fridge, freezer.
• Utility wash room with washing machine and ample drying area.

NOTES ON ACCOMMODATION:

All you need for a self catering holiday is there. Linen supplied and changed once a week. Towels also supplied and changed twice a week but you need to bring your own beach towels.

A safe is provided for your use free of charge, however a 20 euros deposit on arrival against loss of key is needed.

Cots and highchairs are also available from the owners for an additional cost.

OUTSIDE:

Two very large terraces with fantastic views, BBQ area, pool table, ample sun loungers, umbrellas, garden furniture, excellent heated swimming pool, ample parking space with electronic gate.

CAR HIRE:

Car is not essential but recommended. If a car is required we can reserve this for you when making your booking.

BOOKING NOTES:

Villa to be vacated by 10 am on the departure day unless other agreements are made with owners .
